Delivery and Returns

Domestic Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. Such a lovely backpack. Great quality print and the embroidered name adds a lovely personalised touch! It’s a nice size too. I called up to ask what the embroidery colour was going to be because I couldn’t find it out online and the lady was very happy to help .
