Delivery and Returns

Domestic Delivery

We aim to dispatch all our items within 1-2 working days, depending on demand from when your order has been placed. To qualify for next day delivery all orders must be placed before 11am to ensure your parcel will arrive the following Day. Returns

All returns must be made within 28 days to be entitled to a refund or replacement. All orders will come with an invoice, which will have a section displayed for stating the reason for returning any given product. I ordered Pia the Panda last year from Next, went back this year for Misty the Gorilla but not in stock then I ordered from this website.
Good customer service and fast delivery
My kids love their school bag and happy with them.
