Absolutely perfect little toddler backpack for a two y/o just starting nursery. It feels sturdy and high quality. I absolutely love it. Aside from that, best customer service I've received in a while. Literally went out of their way to get me the exact bag I wanted. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend.
